Do you just want to sell?
Do you only see Facebook as a storefront? If that is the reason you are on Facebook then you are missing out. The reason you are (or should be) on Facebook is to engage and interact with your brand fans. (Yes!) Can you have a one-sided conversation? I suppose you can. But that can get very boring. Let others ask questions. Give opinions. You may not agree with everything. But you could get insight into what your buyers want. And that would be very helpful. You do agree!
